As an attempt to bridge the gap between the apperently distant fields of textile design and theoretical physics, these encounters happened within an informal setting and started with questions such as: What is considered aesthetic in the field of physics? Are there such phenomenon as “trends”? If so, what are they? What are the insiders? The “nerd” jokes? What type of visual aesthetics already exist in different scientific fields? What rules or typical visual expressions are there? Eventually we reached more obscure areas of theoretical physics which you see described below.
